Westin is dry. Dirty. Tired. It’s a town where people go when there’s nothing else left. The tantalum mines bring money, but that money goes to the top, and rarely reaches the bottom. It’s high tech with low resources. The dried up dam that looms over the town is just like the people: left behind with nothing to hold.
