The Art: It was what the civilization of the D’ni was built on. The ability to write books that would link to new worlds. Strange worlds, with new people, new puzzles, new resources. It was a way of life.
With the study of archaeologists who discovered the ruins, the Art was passed on the humans. The D’ni civilization was being recreated, restored, passed on to the explorers that had been guided there.
But what happens when The Art gets put into the wrong hands? The D’ni once fell because of their hubris. Humanity, with its much shorter lives and its own societal divisions, has its own set of risks.
Now, a group of the explorers of D’ni are sent on a trip across the surface, across the ages, to find whatever is putting the Art at risk.

I’m looking for 4-6 people. Primarily I’m looking for those who can either keep up a good pace (depending on the players and their pace) or at least be willing to communicate with the players in comments. Communication is key for keeping a game running.
Info for invitees and applicants: none specified
This game is inspired by the Unwritten RPG, using the Open Game License. Unwritten is owned by Inkworks Productions, and is set in the world of Myst and Uru, owned by Cyan Inc.
This game follows the adventures of entirely normal people who have become Explorers. They were called to the New Mexico desert, to the land of the D’Ni. Now they spend their days going between their normal lives and their explorations of the Ages.
This is not supposed to be a violent game. While there will be physical threats, this is a world where ingenuity saves the day, not violence. While there may be some darker means to an end, such as the use of prison books, you aren’t going to solve problems with guns and swords.
