Just off the docks of Tor Eisen lies the Ships’ Graveyard, a treacherous stretch of sea with the shattered remains of a fleet of British ships that had once bombarded the port town. These days, small guide ships are regularly sent out to help incoming merchant and diplomatic vessels navigate the waters.
Yesterday, a guide ship and her charge mysteriously capsized and sank beneath the waves. The sea churned violently, against all laws of nature, and rescuers were unable to approach. No one survived. Sailors are starting to murmur that the Graveyard is cursed.
You felt Fae energy surge just before the ships sank and you know there’s something more to this. When a letter from the House of the Rampant Griffon, a gentlemen’s club for so-called adventurers, arrives which hints at the recent happenings off the shores of Tor Eisen, your curiosity is, of course, piqued.
