Yevtrin, a small country in which is an eastern bloc country situated in central Europe. Acting as a satellite state to the Soviet Union, Yevtrinians follow their example with a totalitarian police state and rapid industrialization in an effort to compete with the west. Roman Schwartz acts as the country’s dictator enforcing his rule on those who he views as “enemies of the state”. Every night seemingly at random, secret police will arrest those who remotely speak out of line against the regime and sentence them to immediate execution.
Taking place in 1950, You live in this unfortunate time of great terror and hopelessness. After a terrorizing night of staying awake just in case the secret police came, your mind finally succumbed to the comfort of sleep. In your dream state you had a vision of yourself and a shadowy entity behind it. A smirk appeared across your doubles’ face as a commanding voice shouts at you like lightning.
