The most obvious is amnesia. John frequently forgets where he is, what he is doing, and even who he is.
Luckily John hears voices as well!
I mean the voices can remind him who he is! and what he was doing! and why hes holding an oxygen tank and a blow torch! and why mothers are hiding their young children from him!
Well, maybe its only lucky for you. You are one of the voices in John’s head. You are obsessed with causing mayhem. One might say your “goal” in existences is to cause differing levels of destruction for “points”.
You will play as a voice in a deranged man’s head. This game is based on a free form RPG called Everyone is John. (http://1d4chan.org/wiki/Everyone_Is_John). Points and skills and all that might be ignored, but the idea of being a voice in someones head is the same.

EDIT: I was planning for 3-4 voices, but at this rate I could go for more.
