You wake up to find that you are locked in your apartment building. Any confusion over this is quickly forgotten as you discover horrific monsters roaming around the thirteen story building. Now you must find fellow survivors and attempt to get to the bottom of what is happening or at the very least survive another day. Will you even manage to get out of the building? Should you even try?
